I had dark lines in my sheet feed scans. I ran a cleaning sheet through with a little glass cleaner and it eventually got rid of the lines. I did not want to saturate the sheet or mess up the scanner so I just moistened a central section where the lines where and eventually it cleaned the area. It took about 30 scans, but since you can watch the lines fade a bit every few passes it makes it seem like a quick job.

Gets the job done, I tried cleaning the glass with q-tips and did not do a good job, no cotton strings all over the place. Easy ti use.

This product decreased the darkness of the lines when we scan but did not remove them. Not sure if I would reorder.
