boyfriend loves this as a dash-mounted jeepwave counter. used acrylic tape to affix. minus one star bc base doesn’t actually come off as description says it does. also, plasticky rather than metal.

I should have gotten one of these years ago. I had a digital one that wrapped around the finger for knitters but oh my goodness, it was so difficult to see the numbers and it was also off to the side and very faint. I ended up throwing it away. This one did not disappoint. Easy to see white numbers on a black background and I haven't made a mistake on the number of rows since. I love it!! Kudos also to the seller who followed through with the timeline of shipping and approximate receipt and for the accuracy online.

The description says it has a metal case. Most of it does appear to be metal (although it could be plastic with a chrome finish), but the bottom is definitely plastic. That means that the item will eventually break. I also noticed that the two halves of the case did not line up properly, so that there is a sharp ridge running down the middle. Furthermore, there is no finger loop. These things will last forever if all the parts are metal, and that is what I expected.Amazon needs to do a better job of ensuring that the products they ship are what's actually being advertised.

Not much to it, it works like it should. If I had to give it a down side, the base is plastic instead of metal like the body of the counter. But I haven't had any problems or mishaps with this. I use it to count the cups of water I have at work.

Using it as a resest counter for pokemon shiny hunting. Looks a little cheaper than i expected it to. Works properly. But can't remove it from the base plate (possibly me being dumb).Over all a decent product. But if I were to lose this. I would buy a different one.
