How long it will last I don’t know. I have owned this house for 13 years and was the first time I had to replace the air proving switch. I doubt this one will come anywhere near that time. It’s a cheap Chinese item.

This works as it should and arrived a couple of days quicker than expected. It was easy to install and fixed my problem of the glow plug/ignitor never initiating after the draft fan started moving air. FWIW here is the order: thermostat initiates a call for heat, the draft fan starts, THIS product senses proper air flow, then the glow plug/ignitor lights up bright orange inside the combustion chamber, then gas flows and ignites.
