I have a similar flashlight but much more expensive and had great expectations when I bought this one. The design is very practical with the rotating head and large magnet, however the operating system is very rudimentary, rarely used nowadays, and starting at the highest level and then having to go through all the steps to turn it off is not practical at all. My wife would kill me if I were to turn that on full blast in the middle of the night. More practical is to be able to select the level to start on and then be able to shut it off without cycling through all the power levels. I would suggest putting a loop or hole near the bottom so that a lanyard ca be attached to it. If an updated version with an improved operating system were to be made available I would be happy to buy one again.

We recently tried the Mini Rechargeable Flashlight for our camping trips, and it has exceeded our expectations! This little flashlight is incredibly bright, providing ample light for all our nighttime activities. It’s compact and easy to carry, making it a perfect addition to our camping gear. While we don’t use all of the settings (like the blue and red lights), the main white light is more than sufficient for our needs. The rechargeable feature is a huge plus, saving us from constantly buying batteries. It’s durable and well-built, standing up to the rigors of outdoor use.I highly recommend this flashlight to anyone looking for a reliable and bright light source for camping or any other outdoor adventures. It’s a fantastic product that delivers on its promises!

I like this flashlight and think that with a few tweaks it could be a great edc flashlight. First, what I liked. This is a pretty bright light that is floody. I would say that on it's max output you will be able to have good coverage to around 75ft. Thankfully with the rotating head, clip, and magnet it can be used in a lot of different situations. The head also has multiple stops as you rotate it, making it a lot easier to aim if attaching it to a surface that doesn't allow you to aim it exactly as you would want. I've already had a chance to use it while working in my engine bay and also to illuminate the inside of a tent. The 1000lm claim seems to be pretty accurate, I compared it to my Fenix LD30 and the Thorder's brightness was actually a little bit more than I expected since the Fenix is a 1600lm flashlight. It also seems to be relatively well crafted. I think that for asking price the materials used are appropriate. With that being said there are a couple things that I think could be addressed to make it a better flashlight. First, the head is plastic, again for the price I think this is the right material and don't expect more. However, if you turn on the max output with both LEDs it does heat up quite a bit and without any type of heatsink I would imagine that you could run into longevity issues if you are using it on the max output often because it does heat up a bit. One other thing that I wish it had was the ability to have a solid blue light instead of the normal lights, red, and the police mode. If I could keep the blue light solid you could use it for a lot more. I also question the 3 hr runtime claim when you have both LEDs on max. You can watch the battery percentage drop about 1% a minute so at most you might be looking at 1.5hrs, and that's if it doesn't first thermal throttle or shutoff. Overall, I think that this flashlight is heading in the right direction and with a few tweaks could be great, as of right now I would say it's pretty good.
