My grandkids love magnatiles, so I thought they would enjoy these. They do. Lots of possibilities for the little ones and the bigger kids.

I purchased my first Clixo set to bring on the plane to Florida to keep my kids (10 and 4) entertained. I chose Clixo because I was looking for something durable, lightweight, and that they didn't already have. They both LOVED the set. You can make so many different things with just this one set. Don't let the price deter you - this toy is worth the money. Extremely durable and well made. I had enough pieces from the set of 42 to give each kiddo one container and it kept them happy for about an hour. I have since bought a set for my niece and will be recommending them to others.

These are amazing for kids who need to build and stay busy on the go. Similar concept to magna tiles but perfect for traveling as they are super light, and flexible. Highly recommend for kids 2.5 +

Nice set, they are color coded for the positive and negative sides of the magnet. Bought these for our granddaughter and she likes to use them with her magna tiles. We feel that a bigger set would be better for making things. Haven’t looked to see if certain shapes are sold separately, sometimes just a few more of a shape is needed not a whole set. They are sturdy and worth the cost.

Just buy these. Stop looking at other toys you are unsure if your kid will like. I have three kids ranging from 4-14 and they all play with them. Friends come over and want to play with them. These are well made, the texture is like a plastic waterproof feel so I tested out letting my kids use them in the bathtub and they held up well. (We have an old metal tub that you can stick magnets to). They are easy to use even for my 4 year old. The magnets are a good quality that kids can easily manipulate the shapes into what they want. Legos are fun, but I think these are more fun! Plus the added bonus, they don’t hurt if you step on them! They seem pricey, but they are well made and worth their value. I highly recommend getting them! If you are unsure you want to commit to buying the bigger pack, get a smaller one first then buy the big pack. They will all fit together and you will see kids use their imagination and challenge themselves to create more.

These worked great to entertain the kids on a long car ride. Unfortunately though they haven't played with them much since then. They are nice and compact, which makes them ideal for travel toys. I just don't think they are worth the amount we paid for them. For the amount of money I think magnet tiles or Legos are a better investment.

Update after 2.5 months:Surprisingly it still holds and works perfectly, kids still show interest, not daily but every once in a while. Sharing this as I wasn’t sure that it will last that long. Apparently I was wrong. RecommendedOriginal review:Packaging - Apparently this came in multiple boxes, and wasn't so easy to open (kids were excited, but I am not 100% sure that they could have opened it by themselves). The actual box has very nice design and catalogues.First use - After we've opened it my 3 kids (Ages: 3, 7 & 10) immediately jumped on it and started to click the pieces together, I had to show them that there is an instructions manual that teaches you how to build stuff.. the nice surprise is that there were enough pieces for all 3 kids to use and assemble different shapes (airplane, ball, etc.)Durability is surprising, my 3 YO is far from being gentle with it.. and still, other than few marks, it still fully functioning and in the original shape.. we'll see how that goes (will comment again in few months).Overall - kids are happy with it, was their go-to toy for the first few days, and now it still being used every other day or so.. I didn't do much research about other shapes that you can assemble, but maybe I'll need to do such in the near future.Happy with this purchase.
