I thought these clock mechanisms were all standardized and were basically one size fits all. Even though the description matches what I needed, the device doesn't fit the clock I'm trying to repair at all...specifically, the hour and minute hands won't fit onto the shafts of the new clockworks mechanism because the shafts are way too big for the hands. Not worth the time, effort or money to bother trying to get a replacement--I'll just have to research this better I guess and find a different source for this part.

I installed this new motor. That did not come with any instructions. I had to find instructions on YouTube. It worked for about 20 minutes and stopped. It is being returned. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Great replacement !!! Fit into the space provided, attached easily with the washer and nut provided, and the hands fit securely with only a little pressure. Good investment for a relatively new clock that suddenly quit working.

I ordered the wrong clock mechanism by mistake. I returned this product easily but, the item rcvd was in good condition and it matched the Amazon description.

Product was easy to assemble and the easy to use instructions helped quite a bit. The product works as expected and I was able to fix a clock and hang it back up on the wall. Good product and I would recommend.

A great solution for fixing an old clock that had not worked in years. Fit well, easy to install. I measured the old shafts for the hour and minute hands and the fit was perfect. Definitely recommended.Be sure to measure for the hands, since models for replacement vary. You may want to buy a movement that comes with hands.
