This has been one of the most disappointing and annoying purchase decisions I have made. The clock is beautiful to look at, but fails at keeping time outdoors even in mild weather. And it is not off by a minute or two—it is off by hours! Cloudnola customer support seemed helpful at first, offering to send me a completely new clock even though I suspected that the mechanism was to blame. Although it took several months, I did eventually receive a replacement—but the second clock had the exact same problem as the first. Given what I have read in other reviews, it seems this is a design flaw with the product itself and not a one-off defect. I suspect either that the mechanism is not truly capable of outdoor use, or perhaps the hands are too large for the mechanism and take too much energy to move. I just wanted a nice looking clock that I could read from a distance outdoors. Now that I have *two* large clock-shaped sculptures taking up room, I am doing my best to figure out how to convert them to functional outdoor timepieces, and if I ever succeed, I will post an update here with tips for any other heartbroken Cloudnola clock owners.

Love the clock love the look.High quality and well made.Perfecr for our outdoor space.We have had many other outdoor clocks but they are not meant for the outdoors they barely make it thorough the season.This one is a keeper and worth the price.
