The Cloyes brand timing chains are honestly the next best thing next to genuine OEM Honda. I installed this chain on a K24Z3 from a TSX. The fitment was spot on. The tensioner came out about 3 or 4 clicks which is exactly where it should be on a new chain.

chain doesnt fix 08 honda accord coupe , 2.4. chain was too long , wasted money.

I bought this chain to replace the old OEM chain on a used K24A2 Acura TSX engine with unknown mileage and although this chain fit, it was noticeably looser and about 1MM longer than the 15+ year old OEM chain that the engine came with. Considering the importance of the timing chain and the fact that this chain is almost as expensive as an OEM Honda/Acura chain. my suggestion would be that you spend the extra few dollars and go OEM.

on my 05 CRV I only replaced this Cloyes chain and a Honda TSX tensioner pulled pin and rotated engine 2 turns the tensioner is out only 2 clicks so chain is perfect length to keep timing stable my old chain was about a 3/4"longer and causing a p0341
