Nice cover. Easy to set end play with cam button as directions instruct. Thick pan seal, had to drop pan to install. As in other reviews ARP bolts would not clear, But I found ss button heads worked perfectly & gave a cleaner appearance than recommended cap screws. Did have to use 1/8 spacers on short water pump & crank pulley to allow clearance. Too bad water pump covers most of it up!

You would think for that much money it would come with bolts, gasket and bottom seal. Made in China. Ugh

Super easy to install, set cam end play, and made with really good quality aluminum. Wish it came with cam bolts that would accommodate the cam button. Had to go buy some because my ARP fasteners head to large of a diameter head.

The seal bore was .008" under seal diameter as well as being .0045" out of round.In the name of time, I had my local machine shop correct the seal bore diameter.The cover also interfered with the main bearing cap.I ground and filed .015" to obtain clearance to the main bearing cap.For the price this cover it should have been supplied with small diameter socket head fasteners which are required.Very disappointed with "Cloyes" lack of QC on this product. Its a very nice looking part, but required extra work to install.

Another well made Cloyes product, will make my SBC 350 look gr8, and will sort out camshaft end float.

Absolutely perfect after some minor trimming-as to be expected on a custom build. Setting up endplay is a snap, however you may also need to shim your pulleys and water pump for clearance on some applications with a short pump.

Very well made aluminum timing cover. Mine was slightly thick and rubbed the front main cap so I had to machine off about 1/16” by the pan gasket area to get the cover to lay flat on the engine block. Other than that, great cover!
