I wasn’t expecting much coming from Amazon, but these were surprisingly very good quality. I’ve been a mechanic for over 40 years and I would buy these again. They’re almost $600 from Ford. And for under 200 bucks you can’t beat them

Extremely poor quality product, I bought it in mid-January 2024, after installing it and paying over $500 for labor, the product broke inside the transmission causing major damage. I requested the replacement part, the seller sent it, it was installed again and yesterday, April 29, 2024, the part failed again, now having to pay over $500 for the second time to replace it. I contacted Amazon and they refuse to refund my money because more than a month has passed. Totally unfair.

It’s terrible how to sell something like this??? it broke at 10 ft.lb and should have withstood a load of 19ft.lb.
