This case has a zipper that goes around the perimeter and hinges on the long side. I purchased this case for my iProven Infrared thermometer NCT-978 and it fits well, just slightly longer than the thermometer. The cover side has a place for the owners manual. Nice case, would purchase again.

I purchased this case for the LPOW contactless thermometer we use at our optometric practice. It is a perfect fit and keeps the thermometer dust free and protected from falls. Couldn't ask for more.

I have a Fluke 62 Max + infrared thermometer and have been having varied, mixed results with different generic cases.First, I purchased the HESPLUS Shockproof Hard Case for Fluke 59 Max/Fluke 59 Max+ Plus/Fluke 62 / Fluke 62 Max/Fluke 64 Max Infrared IR Thermometer case, but the problem with this case, was that the thermometer would knock around inside, and it wasn't a tight fit. I returned and tried another, and the same thing. Also, for some reason, they do not include a pocket inside the unit for a lanyard, clip, spare batteries, owners manual, emission table, etc...Then, I bought the case from co2CREA, which was a perfect, and snug fit, and contains a pocket for additional accessories. No more dreaded knocking around inside like the other cases! at $9.99, it was a steal!
