This would be great, except for a few things. The bristles come out of the brush pretty easily. On first use it lost maybe 5-10. The predrilled hole to put the handle on the shovel was at such an angle that its not possible for the screw head to lay flat, It still works, just an aesthetic thing. Great ash shovel of the price otherwise

Very happy with this. It's just the size I needed to clean up a small barbeque. However, the screw they supply to secure the shovel to the handle is twice the length it needs to be (Star Removed). Before it's fully home it starts to get too tight and the soft metal of the head starts to strip. If you have something shorter laying around, try that. After all, it's not shovelling tons of boulders. Otherwise, still very happy.

The assembly was a little rough as the screw did not want to go all the way in on the shovel but I went with it. These work as expected. They are not high dollar or fancy but worth the price and get the job done.

Perfect size. The only issue was the screw that came with. It was malformed so I put one of my own in it. I used brass so now it looks a little nicer.
