Tips: When assembling coffee cup holder, you can connect the structure with screws first, do not tighten it (the parts are loosely connected with screws, so that the parts can be flexible but not fall off); Wait until all the parts are assembled, then retighten the screws.

Functionally does as designed, but parts were not measured well. In order to actually put together you had to slightly bow the two metal strips with the hooks on them to line up the edge with the screw hole. Made it extremely difficult to put together when it should have been super simple. Also the placement on the bottom two screws prevents you from putting the caps on the bottom two if you want all three rows of hanging mug hooks available.

Lots of good reviews, but I got a dud. I had to bend parts into place to get the holes for the mug hangers to line up, and hardly any force was needed to do so (soft and cheap metal). The bottom bumpers don't even fit after screwing on the lowest rack. And finally, the drywall anchors didn't even match the screws that were provided. The screws need to be thicker and a half inch longer to actually catch.I should return it, but the hardware store is closer than the Amazon return spot. It looks fine, and will hold mugs well enough with the proper screws.

This is useful for my smaller kitchen space. I have a coffee bar but the mugs were taking up too much room on it so I added this to the wall above and now I can display my favorites! I really like this addition to my space. Would buy again.

This worked great for our coffee corner to hang up the mugs and save space in our cabinets. the hooks are the perfect size and shape to hang almost any mug, and the shelf on the top is perfect for storing coffee beans.It seems fairly sturdy but definitely be gentle when assembling it with the screws. Most of the assembly screws are threaded into very thin steel that can strip very easily if you over tighten. Get the screws snug but do not over torque them or you will not be able to happy camper.This was a great addition to our home!

Good wall mounted rack for coffee mugs. Assembly is required, but everything you need to assemble is included and the instructions are easy to understand and execute. I feel it is a bit pricey. I did find some subtle scuff marks from the pieces rattling around in the packaging as well, but they are minor and faint. Other than that, the rack is sturdy enough for its intended use and looks nice on the wall. It provides mugs to be easily available and saves rooms in the cupboard. It makes a nice display if you have special mugs too.
