Keeps my drink at the perfect temperature. What I like best is when I lift my cup off of the warmer it will turn off, less likely for me to burn myself on it like other warmers. Haven’t had it for long, but so far, so good!

Most of the electric mug warmers seem to be misleading consumers. They don’t mention how long it takes to heat a cup of water.I just got Dimux mug warmer with ceramic cup. It looks okay, but seems to be taking an hour to heat a cup of water.After 50 min it has not made it hot enough to make coffee. Forget warming milk or other drinks.Avoid buying these, and Amazon should at least ensure the product information is including important information necessary to purchase such products, as all the information I’ve read about these products is misleading.No information about how long these mug warmers take to heat water or milk from cold state, and is not included on any of the products.What good is gravity button or temperature LED displays if you will not be able to warm it in 5-10 minutes?Time to heat from cold to hot temperature MUST be included in the product information.

I kept looking for a heating pad for an existing cup but while there are lots of options, this one got my attention and it is perfect for my needs. I needed a cup with the right height, especially to fit in my Nespresso Pixie (I make an americano most days) and I love to slow sip. But I just hate it when my coffee gets cold. And yeah, I could stick it in the microwave but that's a hassle, and it just never tastes right after that. This keeps the coffee piping hot without boiling it or overdoing it, but never too hot, and not just luke warm, either. It has a little safety button on the bottom and relies on the weight of the cup to engage the heating element. The safety button sometimes requires you to add just a little extra pressure when setting down the cup, but once pressed it stays while the cup is on top. I now enjoy my coffee to the very last drop, always nice and hot. Very happy!

I’ve seen some mug warmers and this is the first one I’ve seen that comes with its own mug. The mug is nice and well made. It has an automatic shut off which is nice. Fits nicely on my desk and doesn’t take up a lot of space. There’s a gravity feature that allows the weight to turn it on. I find that feature is best when a different mug is used instead of the one it comes with. This does keep my drink hot. This would make a wonderful gift for any coffee or tea lovers.
