I’m extremely happy that I selected this version. I would happily buy another if it happens to go missing. The cover is extremely useful. It is easy to collect & remove what was grated, the cover also stores it safely to protect your hands. It’s extremely sharp & grates effortlessly. Plus it comes with 2; 1 fine & 1 small grater. Best of all it’s easy to clean.

These graters are perfect for me. They are sturdy, easy to hold or use while set down on the counter. They are very sharp and do not rust. They are easy to clean. I wash them by hand and have not put them in the dishwasher since I have an older dishwasher that might not clean all the grater edges. Also, they grate huge amount of Parmesan cheese extremely quickly, evenly and easily. I hardy have to apply pressure. In a few seconds I have a large pile of fresh Parmesan. I use the plastic covers to safely store the graters in a drawer. The covers fit perfectly and securely. I don’t use the covers to catch the grated cheese because they don’t hold much and the graters work so quickly and easily and just holding them upright in a bowl produces much more than the plastic covers could hold. I think they are very reasonably priced and extremely well made.

Ich wollte eine Reibe, die sehr feine Zitronenzesten schneidet und keinen "Matsch" produziert.Diese Reibe ist superscharf und tut genau, was ich will. Die Zesten sind so fein, dass man sie im Kuchen nicht mehr findet/draufbeißt.Die Plastikhülle ist super praktisch. Drüberziehen, reiben ohne dass was danebenfällt, die Reibe abklopfen und schon sind die Zesten in der Hülle und können bequem weiterverarbeitet werden.Keine Zesten mehr auf der Arbeitsplatte!Ich bin begeistert!Wenn Ihnen diese Rezession geholfen hat, freue ich mich über einen Klick :-)
