Heat Shield Air Intake Kit
Is designed to substance from absorbing excessive heat from outside source. Due to the large amounts of heat given off by internal combustion engines, heat shields are used on most engines to protect components and bodywork from heat damage.
Dry Air Filter
Most new design are now dry filter instead of oil filter. Our filter do not require oil, it is reusable and washable. You can wash it with soap and water, rinse it until it is all dry up and use it again. We recommend you to check every 5,000 miles to see if it needs to be wash / clean.

Increases when engine absorbs cold air by passing through aluminum pipe to extract the heat to improves throttle response & more horsepower.

Installation
Heat shield intakes are very easy to install on your vehicle. A typical intake installation can be done with a screwdriver, pliers and a ratchet-set within 90 minutes or less. But of course if you are not sure of how to DIY, we do recommend that you take it to a professional to install.

Dam it took a long minute to put mine in and mount it up my old air intake spot and rubber hose from tube to filter is trash. Good clam tho.

this came with no installation instructions, then reading the reviews that is a normal thing. In the reviews they give a link which does not work, found another link which does not work. The box included has the be used with the existing box and just snaps in, we almost returned it and purchased from another company. Finally got it figured out. There would be a lot less headaches if you would at least include a photo of what it is supposed to look like if you can't send installation instructions with the product.On one positive note - the clamps that were received with the product are great clamps, very well made.

its junk,it wouldn't fit,took so long to get on because of covid could not return !!! buyer beware,mechanic said welds wasn't good either.now im stuck with a 160.00 piece of crap.l will make sure i buy nothing from this company ever!!!!

Airbox arrived bent. Had to straighten myself to make it fit. Two of the clamps broke while being installed (and no, I didn’t over tighten them). No instructions (figured it out, but still would have been nice). The air temp sensor bung is a pain to fit. My tip, remove the wire clamp that where the sensor is attached to give yourself a little more slack. Lastly, the air hose is about 2-3 inches too short for my Ram 1500 hemi. Seems to work ok, but it was just a lot of little things that could have been better.

The hose was several inches to short. Had to purchase one at adavance auto.
