The AIR DISTRIBUTION BOX IS NOT INCLUDED. The Sellers Ad should clearly say that this unit does NOT include the Air Distribution Box! I called TreadaWay/Legendary RV Parts (The Seller) and the guy that answered the phone said that it is not his problem, that it is the marketing departments problem. Actually it is my problem. I have to pay for the return shipping on the 100# item. This seller sure seems like a bait and switch seller. I purchased the Fogoti RV Rooftop AC unit and it included everything as it should be. The unit works excellent, easy to install and excellent customer service. It's like selling shoes without shoe laces. Makes no sense!!

Unit works but was not how you expect a brand new Unit to look. Bottom all bent up, fins bent. Expected better condition. Box not damaged so packers knew condition. If we didn't need it right away we would have sent back & not tried itDisappointed

Took my friend and I about 2 hours to install (which includes the equipment inside the RV. Nothing difficult other than lifting it up to the RV roof and running a new wire through the RV (since mine was not pre-installed. Running this wire took about 6 hours.)As to noise level... well, you're installing a non-ducted air conditioner about 4 feet from your sleeping head. You will hear it.

A.C. works great on my 31 foot airstream. easy to install. easy to get on roof with 3 people. one person on roof and 2 helpers on seperate ladders to bring it up. very happy with unit so far!

Everyone was right. Getting it on top of RV is the hardest part. Hook up easy and instructions good. Cover or shroud does seem a bit flimsy.

So far it is performing well for an A/C in an RV. They can only do so much in 98⁰ weather, especially if cooking with gas indoors!! Would definitely recommend it if you are considering replacing yours.
