I bought this as our pooch is a rescue who, we think, has been previously trained as a gun dog and therefore goes after birds in the garden which we're not happy about. This product is nice and gentle on your pets muzzle. Arrived promptly. The only problem we had was the dog was reluctant to let us put it on so we're persevering.Prompt delivery.

I thought this would be a good muzzle for my dog’s first since it is soft and flexible. I measured her snout and muzzle circumference and ordered based on the size chart. When I first placed it on her, it clearly fit as it should. However she immediately (as expected) tried to reject it as it is new and unexpected. It took her about 8 seconds to put her paw up on the muzzle and pull down. And the strap that goes around her muzzle ripped away from the cross-strap, rendering it basically useless. Without that strap, it will not tighten around her muzzle and keep her from biting at me while I clip her nails.While I’m sure this works fine for dogs that are used to the muzzling process, I do not recommend this for any first-time use. I will be returning it to get something more durable and withstanding of a dog in muzzle training.

My dog is able to remove this in less than 1 minute no matter how much I tighten this. I don’t recommend.

Bonne qualité. Velcro et sangle donc le chien ne peut l’enlever. (Par contre, j’aurais du prendre la taille au dessus pour un chien terrier de 10kg.)

It's my fault that I didn't catch the fact that it is not for short muzzle dogs So I didn't ding a star off of this. The muzzle itself, from beneath the eyes to the nose was fine, but the bottom part that goes towards the throat is too long and I was unable to tighten it without choking my dog. I had to return it.

Mine had a flaw in construction on arrival, so it wasn’t useable. The seller solved the issue quickly though.Sad I couldn’t use it in the end because the pattern was beautiful.

Although my dog was not happy about this product at first, she looks great in it. I have a gentle Lab, but she is very cautious around other big dogs. She was once attack as a pup at a dog park so now with this muzzle I can easily put it on her if needed on walks when I see a bigger dog coming our way. I feel better knowing that when she greats another large dog this product will help me feel confident that the other dog will be safe if she gets afraid.

My dog has to wear a muzzle cause he’s a quarantine baby and was never really socialized as a puppy! We’re working on it now but I feel much more comfortable around strangers when I know he can’t pull any surprises. I had previously tried a basket muzzle and it’s okayyy but it makes him look mean and intimidating. We also tried a basic cloth muzzle like the ones you see at veterinary hospitals but it just looked cheap and ugly. This one is SO CUTE! It looks like he’s wearing a covid mask like everyone else! So we started calling it a mask instead of a muzzle. I think the important part about muzzles is training your dog to enjoy wearing them with lots of positive reinforcement. I always tell him how handsome he looks and give him his favorite treats. He is a pointer mix and we got the L/XL for him, it is fully adjustable which is awesome!! I tightened the mouth piece a little leaving enough space for him to stick his tongue out for treats.

Well made, stitching is strong, high quality feel. Medium stiffness. No cloth, more like a luggage material. Design is exactly like pictures.I have a 12lb Morkie, the material around the snout is too long for her, it’s like 1 1/2in. There is no XS, maybe size would have helped. She can still bark but I’m scared to tighten it to the max and hurt her. She can’t bite, which is what I bought it for. The neck strap adjusts great, secured, snugged. It does not stretch but is adjustable.I will look for an XS and shorter snout size for my particular dog.I think this is perfect for a bigger dog or bigger snout.Hope this helps.(Picture is similar to my dog)

Seems well made. I like the locking buckle, I wish I could find collars like that. The only issue is it does not fit. I measured the snout as instructed. The nose piece is easy to adjust. It fit his nose well, but the strap to go around his big head is too small. I would suggest that a second measurement needs to be added to the chart so the head is measured as well. If I could get one that fit I would buy it again and give it 5 stars.
