I live in a place with very hard long winters, the temps usually go -20 F or more through out the winter and this coat has been good at keeping me warm only wearing a short sleeve shirt underneath, this is just walking from my car to places and taking the trash out, then by layering more while staying out playing in the snow or doing chores outside has been good too. The hood tho is a bit weird and it doesn't look so great when you put it on. I have gotten lots of compliments about it's looks and color and even tho it has a waist adjustment snap buttons on the back it doesn't help so much to accentuate your waist and that's a bummer for me. The pockets! Are backwards, I have never had a coat like that and I am sure they have a functionality to perhaps keep snow out but they are really uncomfortable when your hands are freezing and you need to reach for something really fast and you fight/struggle your coat to let you take anything out. It has tons of pockets tho, 6 to be exact, my favorites are the ones on the chest area with zippers. Overall it was a good purchase. Size was accurate too with a bit of room to layer up.

This coat is awesome, but I had weight loss surgery and purchased this prior to my surgery. I bought the 2XL and need a much smaller size.
