I bought my first set about 5 years ago and use them regularly. I’ve just now replaced them after teaching weekly classes. I was overall very happy with them.

These pads have no Velcro to adjust and absorb the impact of even an amateur's kick. The top handles leave you to hold onto a flimsy plastic film, which makes for an all around dangerous situation for both the kicker and pad holder. Oh and the inside contents started coming out after just a few kicks.

These pads are comfortable, but they fall apart easily. I've ordered a dozen or more to use in my classes. They are a little softer than standard Tai pads, but if you plan on heavier use, it might not be the best. On the other hand, if you are starting out, want something a bit more forgiving to the feet, this is a comfortable choice.

For the price they're satisfactory, the strap really should be adjustable through. I would not use them for any heavy hitting or kicking.

very nice, well-made pads. they're thick and sturdy enough to protect the holder and have a nice feel to them. these are very good for practicing kicks. they're softer than kicking a heavy bag so there's less chance of hurting your shin

The pads are great and especially for the price. I use these for Muay Thai. The only reason why I didn't give these 5 stars is because of the straps. The straps are elastic and the top one is covered by a plastic, so as a pad holder, when you start to sweat, the pads have a tendiency to slide during rising and hooking elbows, as wells knees. I find that I have to use the top strap over the top of my knuckles )with my hands wrapped) to lock my hands in place. It's that big of a deal, but it are use to Thai Pads with three straps, you know that you are not going anywhere. However, if you are doing a class, you are on a budget, these are good quality pads. They can handle kicks, knees and elbows just find, but they are no replace for actually Thai pads. If you have extra money to invest, I would recommend a good set of Thai, but if you are on budget you can beat these. The quality is very good, and they can handle the impact of kicks well.

These pads are good for beginners or those just getting started in muay thai/mma. They will not stand up to hard kicks from those whom have honed their skills. I also added duct tape to the strap that fits across the forearm as it was too loose for a female or someone with smaller arms. The padding is decent enough to use for daily training although I doubt the long term durability. They are fine for the price though.

Good product... only complaint I would have is that it's difficult to keep them in place when a partner is kicking them. Not able to tighten them around your arm. Great value, good product.

Almost perfect. If the bottom strap could adjust they would be a 5. More than worth it though.

I was very hesitant to purchase these at first due to the extremely low price. After reading some reviews I decided to buy a pair and test them out. Being use to Thai Pads priced over $100, I was a bit worried when I first opened the box and saw the plastic tubing over the nylon grip and how thin the pad appeared. I have to say that after testing them out I was surprised at how well they absorbed the shock of a kick and punch. The arm straps are not adjustable and may be tight for a larger arm. They would be excellent for children but work just as well for adults practicing Muay Thai. If you are on a budget I would recommend these pads. These pads are used for Muay Thai instruction. I have only had these pads for a little over a month so I gave them 4 stars only because I do not no how durable they are going to be - but so far, so good.

The pads came in a very reasonable time frame and the price is phenomenal. Similar products are much more expensive and I have been using these pads for a very long time. They are durable and comfortable and I highly recommend the purchase of this product from this particular seller.
