Ce câble COMeap LP4 Molex Masculin à Processeur 8 Broches (4 + 4) EPS-12V est fait pour alimenter une carte mère. Attention, ne pas l'utiliser et normalement ne peut pas se brancher pas sur une carte Graphique. Personnellement je l'utilise sur une carte mère serveur qui a besoin d'être alimenté par de cables. 1 directement de l'alimentation et l'autre branché avec ce câble qui est relié au à un LP4 Molex femelle que l'on utilisé pour les anciens disques durs ou les anciens lecteurs de cd, et non sur de sata.

9/13/24: In a week or so after installing this cable, I was getting intermittent CPU Fails. I went through lots of troubleshooting as it was a new build, so lots of possibilities. Finally, I smelled some burnt odor and started looking at all the cables and the power supply. I found that this connector was obviously overheating and the connectors severely compromised. It cost me many hours of chasing the problem and lost data. A poor choice, for sure.9/5/24: I've been building a NAS from repurposed parts, one of which is my 2008 gaming case and Corsair ATX power supply. The one thing that caught me short was that the old PSU did not have a modern 8-pin CPU power plug. This cable saved me - it connected to one of my 4-pin Molex connectors and then into the CPU power jack. Perfect!

Used it to fix an issue with the power supply over heating both CPU Power Connectors. So far the issue has not repeated itself.

Works great if you need all 8 pins. Hard to separate the 4+4 connector because the heat shrink was too close to the connector.
