Constructed with thick aluminum reinforcing bars, these pans are strong and durable. Each pan features a silicone glaze for easy release of baked goods.

Commercial quality indeed. Heavy metal. Looks and feels durable. You need to cut it in half in order for it to fit in the oven. It's easy to cut with a metal handsaw. Now you have 2 baguette pans. Fast shipping and well packed. Five stars to the seller and product. Would buy it again and highly recommended.

This is perfect and the fact that it sits up on a cookie sheet or stone makes the underside of the bread crispy.

I love the material of this product. It looks so nice and works well with my bread. But the only problem is it’s huge, it’s bigger than my oven and I have to cut it down to fit in my oven.
