I've been using this for some sweets mostly, like fruits and it is working very well. i want to try jerky and I think this will do the job well. Overall, I'm very happy with the results I've gotten so far and now I can create my own treats which I've always wanted. Everything was easy to set up and easy to use.

I was very happy with this. It seems to be made of quality materials and well made. The user interface is digital. Which for us was not a problem but it might not be suitable for all. The timer numbers do have a weird increment to them but it does not effect the performance at all.It is much faster than our old one and much much more quite.Great value on this too I thought. It's like a small professional unit at home kitchen prices.

It's not portable but it's not massive and it's large enough to accommodate large long items and large batches. The timer is helpful and temperatures don't seem too far off. I love the capacity of this dehydrator so I can make large batches of dehydrated, potatoes, or whatever vegetable fruit I am doing it at that time. This is also really good for dehydrating meat or making beef jerky. You get good airflow in it even if you are using each rack. It is very easy to use and I like that you can hang different items by the hooks. I have not had any crossover or contamination taste or smells. I do suggest putting a heat mat under it. If you are going to use it on a table that you don’t want more because it does get hot.It is priced very well for the quality of this dehydrator.

My new air fryer has a dehydration setting, but it did not come with dehydrator sheets. I don't know why, because everything sticks to those metal grates. I tried these sheets to see if it would actually make my air fryer a viable dehydrator for small portions. And it absolutely does! Putting these sheets on the metal grates changes everything. Food dries out evenly, and is very easy to peel off the silicone once it has been dehydrated.Cleanup is easy as well, they rinse off nicely and with a little bit of dish soap, even meat juices come out. I am definitely not expecting these things to stay around forever, but you get a lot of them and they are cheap enough to replace if you use them a lot.For me, these things do the job I got them for, and the price is good as well.

I’ve been using this dehydrator for a few weeks now, and it works really well for making dried fruit, jerky, and even vegetables. The large capacity is a huge plus, especially for anyone who likes to batch process or has a big garden harvest to deal with. The drying is even, thanks to the dual fan system, and the adjustable temperature and timer are easy to use with the LED controls. The noise level is surprisingly low, so it’s not disruptive even when running overnight. Cleanup is straightforward too, with the stainless steel trays being easy to wash. The one issue I had was with how it arrived. The packaging wasn’t sturdy enough, and the frame got a little bent during shipping. It made the door slightly crooked, which wasn’t ideal, but I was able to straighten it out enough that it didn’t affect functionality. For the price, though, I’d expect it to arrive in perfect condition.Overall, it’s a solid product that performs well, but I’d love to see better packaging to avoid shipping issues.

We picked our apple trees and had hundreds of apples. I decided to use this dehydrator to dry apple slices in order to preserve them. I didn't add anything to the apples. Just laid them out on the trays and dried them. My kids eat them as fast as I can dehydrate them, so it's an absolute win in that sense. I actually used my other dehydrator at the same time (started both of them at the same time). This one dried the apples in 3 hours less time than my Excalibur. I think it may have to do with having a better seal, but really I am quite happy with this one. The trays were also surprisingly easy to clean. I soaked them for about 5 minutes and everything came right off.I full batch created about 1 gallon ziploc of dried apples.I would definitely recommend this dehydrator.

Its made of all metal and seems put together really well, all bolts and rivets on certain parts. The inside has a light which is a nice feature. The unit has a touch control panel above the door and has two indents on the sides as handles for when you need to move it around. The door latches shut and the unit has two heating elements and fans on the inside. There is a mesh rack for each level, a drip pan, and several hooks for hanging items. It also comes with a book full of information and other accessories.Overall its a really nice set up for small batches and general home use. The metal is slightly thinner and I wouldn't say this is a super heavy duty unit but for certain things its the perfect size. I have been using it on a very low setting to dry out herbs mostly but my wife has used it a few times for drying out different fruits and veg. For its size and what it is it does what you would expect and hope for, its a really good choice for general home use.

The dehydrator does the job well. I'm concerned the sheet metal is too thin a simple bumps may leave permanent dents. The doors don't seal well and there are perforations all around which i believe reduce the efficiency of the dehydration process.
