The hook could've been larger, little fussy getting hooked on luggage handle but made it work. Other than that it functions well.

the small hook size makes it hard to use. Yet it is advertised as a large hook

I weighed a piece of luggage before travelling. The scale read 22.80 kg. I was pleasantly surprised when the airport scale, which I believe is periodically calibrated and accurate read exactly the same 22.80 kg!However, I wonder if the hook can be made a little bigger to fit luggage handles that are on the moderately broad or wide side. It is not an issue. That is why I will give an overall rating of 4.8
