I upgraded from a tiny countertop ice maker to this beast, and wow—it’s night and day! The 450lb/day capacity is no joke. During my last backyard party, it kept up with 30 guests mixing drinks all night, and the ice stayed solid thanks to the insulation (no more puddles!). The adjustable thickness is perfect—thin cubes for cocktails, thicker ones for soda. The self-cleaning feature saves me so much time. Installation was straightforward, though I had to adjust the feet a bit for my uneven floor. Worth every penny for serious entertainers!

This ice maker has been a lifesaver during busy weekend shifts. It pumps out ice like crazy, and the 120lb bin means I’m not constantly refilling. Love the LCD panel—super intuitive for my staff to use. The cubes look professional and clear, which customers notice. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars: it’s slightly louder than our old model when the compressor kicks in, but not enough to bother conversations. The space-saving design fits perfectly under our counter. Highly recommend for foodservice businesses!

Bought this for my husband’s man cave, but now even I’m obsessed! Makes enough ice for our family of 5 plus weekly pool parties. The blue light odor control actually works—no weird fridge taste. Kids love the ‘crunchier’ thick setting for slushies. Setup was easy (we use it freestanding near a patio outlet), and the storage bin keeps ice frozen way longer than our old one.
