I ordered 2 of these for our office - for each of our breakrooms. Within 6 weeks they were not working correctly and burning the popcorn and the stirrer does not work properly.

Thankfully the company refunded my money. The thing never worked right and after about 6 uses it quit .

This machine is very difficult to use. The lid on the pot does not stay in place the Handel to open it is on the front side of the machine. When the machine Is hot it is impossible to lift. The pot tipsand again when the pot is hot it can't be refilled. Very disappointed I have had popcorn machines before and never had these problems. I will be returning it.
