If you have an Embr Wave, then this replacement band is wonderful. It actually fits perfectly, and is so easy to put on. I would definitely recommend this band.

This band is for a Samsung watch. Doesn't work with the Embr Wave.

Connected fast (after I got the original band off….) and are very sturdy. Absolutely obsessed. I wish the original came with the quick connector! These bands feel so much better on my arm too!

I can't say this is the best thing for hot flashes, it does help with some of my anxiety if I just think about the cooling affect. It works better if I set it on my phone, it has two buttons on it, but to me they don't seem to work all that great. It charges very quickly and keeps a good charge for at least 10 hours. I wore it for a month straight. If I would have known how it was going to work, for the price I wouldn't buy it again.

It was great but hard to connect to my Apple phone, I have been dealing with there customer service for 4 months to get it exchanged and still nothing

I suffered from hot flashes due to prostate hormone therapy for over a year. Daily I had severe flashes several times a day and at night. My quality of life was getting very questionable. My wife saw this ad in an AARP magazine. I ordered it from Amazon that day. It came fast. This device has literally changed my life. I rely on it daily and at at night. When I feel a flash coming on I press the wrist button and instantly I feel and know I will have relief. I can feel the cooling on my wrist instantly. The hot flash does not happen. At night the device has an all night mode that has allowed me better sleep. I wear it on my left wrist so I can use the computer keyboard. It is literally an answer to my prayers for relief.I used to take flax seed powder which only helped take the edge off the flashes. But now this device has reduced the hot flash issue to a non-issue in my life. I do not need the flax see powder anymore.I mentioned this device to my oncologist and he will suggest it as an option to his patients now. I would recommend this to all my relatives and friends. This is what you are looking for.
