How are these thinking? They were gonna be a good fit they look nice. They feel nice but they do not fit. The diameter of the slider does not fully fit and the bolt does not go all the way through the threads like the original.

These did not fit my 2024 Z900 like expected. I actually had a motorcycle mechanic ( friend of mine) to install these for me because they had a Torque Wrench to get to proper Torque. Nope, not happening. The motor mount bolt is to deep for the frame slider to reach to mount. The seller has contacted me with a few questions but has yet to issue me a return label to send back.Very disappointed. Don't buy.

The little piece that supposed to go into the frame doesn’t fit. Both the frame and that smaller piece have 3mm outer diameter so it is not possible to get in. Returning the item.

OK...this is supposed to be fitted on the front top engine supports. The original bolts are seated at the bottom of the frame tubing. These are crucial attachment points. As is, the slider brackets will only be seated on the rim of the frame tubing. Personally that was a flaw so I sent the brackets to a machinist to refit the seating where it was originally intended (look at the silver portion of the bracket). I guess they made these to fit multiple bikes but you don't fool around with such an important motor support

These sliders were easy to install on my Z900. Do one side at a time as another reviewer described. First you'll have to remove the factory bolt. Then slide all of the pieces onto the bolt provided with the kit. Put some threadlocker on the bolt and use a 8mm hex-head wrench to thread the new bolt and assembly into its hole. I did not have to lift the engine with a jack to make the holes align, fortunately. The cap that covers the hex-head bolt is threaded. Remove it with some thumb pressure or grab the edges with your fingernails. Add a drop of threadlocker before installing it after the sliders are installed. Tightening the cap is difficult; I used a needlenose pliers to grab the edges of the cap and twist it in slowly. The pliers slipped a few times and scratched the cap; go slow if you use this method.

The Radiator on the 2023 Z900 RS Cafe sticks out pretty far so that’s why I wanted these in the first place. The install wasn’t too bad, but you have to keep in mind that these will replace your stock motor mount bolts so when you take them out make sure you replace them one at a time and wait until both are in to fully tighten to keep everything in alignment otherwise you’ll have a hard time getting the new bolts in. To get the second bolt in I actually had to put a jackstand under the motor and pull on the handle bars toward me to get the threads to line up properly so a second set of hands could be helpful. So as for saving the radiator… my genius self was wearing sandals while moving my bike around in the garage and one of them slipped off causing me to drop the bike, the slider and my mirror got a little scratch but the radiator did not. Definitely recommend if you have this bike.

Easy to install beware the cap at the top is twist off to reveal the hole where the bolt goes.
