I have an 8” harmonic dampener and the timing tab that came with mine is for the smaller size, 6.75” I believe. I had to order a new timing tab. Should probably say in the description what size the timing tab is for.. Other than that, the rest of it fit just fine, and mine was black as it mentioned in the description.
