I buy these composite shims for work installing granite countertops. Great product and break cleanly. However this seller is terrible. Ordered two cases. The shipping box looked perfect. Once opened I saw only one case even though shipping said 2 cases. Also the one case I got inside was ripped open and missing about 6-8 packs of the shims. Horrible. I contacted them and they are really difficult. They want a picture of the barcode off the case of shims I never received!! How is that supposed to work. Anyway only buy stuff that ships from Amazon or seller you know.
