They make this very simple for you to send your sample into them. A one-time fee and it covers everything. I originally got one for my dog and was able to change the things that he eats and it worked great so I thought I would try it for myself. I suffer from acid reflux and other inflammations and I knew it had to be from food. So I got a test for myself and most of the foods that I was suspicious of are on my list of things I shouldn't be eating. So this test confirmed some of my suspicions and also gave me a lot of additional information on foods that I maybe sensitive to. I was able to take that information and change my eating habits by eliminating some things for my diet. It's only been a month or so but I am seeing improvements in my acid reflux since I've stopped eating foods that I'm sensitive to. I think this is great information to have at your fingertips. There's an app you download and it retains your results so anywhere you are you can put in the food in the app and you'll know whether you're sensitive to it or not. I would highly recommend this to anybody who thinks they may have some food sensitivities.

Shed a lot of light on things I shouldn’t be eating! Changed my diet greatly! If I cheat and eat something that’s an orange or red coded item I know it almost immediately! Easy to read color coding, broken down by categories so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for!

I used the 5strands product to get info on potential good issues. 5strands gave me the green light on two foods in particular that I know I have negative reactions to. How can I trust a system that is that blatantly wrong. I wish there was a money back guarantee, because I would request it.

Test instructions were easy to follow. Mailed the sample and results were received within a week. I have some known food intolerance. They were not picked up by this test. Will try another test company to verify results.

Product was overall easy to use, but not great for me personally. I highly suggest reading up on the testing process and hot you might apply the results in future changes. Easy to understand the results, although I did find some conflicting results. I am overall concerned about the accuracy in which the results can be used.

The simplicity of providing something to the company and return is UNBELIEVABLY simple. Not only are the directions clearly stated, everything is there for you to do in less than five minutes. And the response is excellent . I got an email when my test was received and my results were quick. I did not know what to expect and then they were in my email.I REALLY appreciate the clear explanation to NOT be overwhelmed, because it IS a LOT of information. I don’t even know how to describe it and I can not count ALL the items that were checked. Mind blowing!I have probably looked at it everyday since it came. And I have gotten more information every time I review the results.I am a person who eats the same things over and over and this helped me realize I need to do some more variation. I know it seems common, yet when you are in your routine, you just do it and don’t think that it is on repeat. I saw so many items that I ingest everyday and multiple times a day. Of course I would have an intolerance. This was a wake up for me. I just need to back off those foods so that I can feel more like myself, not like a couch potato. It was an easy process and I got my results back in a timely manner. I have started eliminating foods and drinks. I'll come back to update after it's been a while with results.
