Put this in my Vcore Pro 100 and was hoping it would play a bit like Hyper-g or Tour Bite. Unfortunately it seemed to reduce the size of the sweet spot and feel. If I hit the much smaller sweet spot dead on the ball would really fly but did not have much spin. Volleys and serves really did not work and compared to hyper-g (in my 2nd racquet) gave me little confidence.Maybe I could get it playing better but I will stick with either Hyper-g or Tourna big hitter 7 silver in the Vcore Pros.

These are excellent strings. They have great dwell time and a great feel and hold their shape well after several months of playing. Under $15 for these strings is worth it. I may try the 17mm next time to test the differences...these were 16mm.

Estas son mis cuerdas de preferencia. Yo siempre encuerdo con confidential en 53lbs ya que el poly es duro pero a una tensión regular me da mucha comodida y buen control. Yo juego con una prostaff RF97 y el encordado le va muy bien. También, son durables, generalmente me duran hasta mes y medio cuando ya rompo cuerdad o definitivamente algo el cambio por tensión.

My favourite string. Shifted to this string 6 months ago after reading a lot of reviews and recommendation and stayed with it.I string it at 48 lbs in a Wilson Blade 98. Gage 16L. Comfortable set up. String lasts good 12-15 hours before losing tension and significant notching. This is at the upper end of polyester strings for me in terms of longevity. I also like Volkyl Cyclone but in my experience the control is better with SOLINCO Confidential and hence it is my top string these days.Highly recommended. Try it if you are looking for more control and if you want to take full swings. Great spin as well for me.Finally it will depend on your playing style and what you want out of it. It works great for me. Also not as expensive as some other polyesters like ALU power and RPM blast.From stiffness standpoint it is between SOLINCO tour bite (stiffest) and hyper G.

Didn't feel great right after stringing but after an hr or 2 of hitting it seemed to settle in and feel pretty solid. Maintained tension for a solid 10hrs +. Strung at 55lbs. Not as powerful as RPM but a bit more comfortable. I'd buy this string again.

This has become my string of choice with the Wilson Clash racquet after trying a host of other poly strings. This one feels great right off from the point of stringing but gets even better after about an hour or so of playing. I feel this holds its tension and liveliness a bit longer too as compared to some other well-known poly strings. The Wilson Clash is already a muted racquet due to the shock absorption capability of the flexible frame, and I feel that the Solinco Confidential is one of the very few poly strings that counters the muted feel by adding a bit of punch to the ground strokes without sacrificing on spin potential.

This is my first set of co-poly tennis strings I have used. I chose Solinco confidential 17 after my coach recommended I string my racquet with a poly. After doing much research and watching reviews on line, this string was my choice. I strung it at 54 pounds. It was the best feeling I ever had. the control with tops spin. My friends were all asking me what I was doing differently. I told them that the poly string allowed me to add more spin on the ball. I must confess that I have been practicing more now that I have better control and depth. I am going to put Solinco Confidential on all my racquets.
