I had this exact same ornament I purchased in Old Town Temecula CA about 20 years ago. It was right after my beloved pug died and I have hung it on our Christmas tree for that long. Unfortunately this year it slipped off a branch and broke. I looked on Amazon for something similar and couldn’t believe I found this exact same one! It always comforts me to look at it.

This was bought as a gift for a friend who just lost her dog, it is a good ornament not too heavy to hang on a tree. Only thing I did not like was the face of the dog was very dark looked almost dirty.

If you're gifting this for someone who lost a female pug, just know that this ornament has a di ck. I'm hoping the person I give this to doesn't notice, it's a problem I'm kind of annoyed that I have to even deal with.

Nice memorial ornament for a pet that has left your side, even if it is not an exact match of your pet. Not too large or heavy for branches like some are. The gold base reflects the tree lights onto the pet, giving it a warm glow. The secure packaging is reusable for storage.

My parents pug passed away two days before thanksgiving. I was searching for an ornament when I came across this angel pug. I thought it would be great. It was a little smaller than I thought, but I also didn't look at the measurements either. When I gave it to my mom for her tree, she cried. So I'd say this is a lovely little gift for anyone with an angel they are missing.
