User Note:
- Tree pruner pole saw chains stretch and become loose during operation.
- Pole chainsaw chain tension should be checked and tightened often.
- Please make sure the operation pole is exactly aligned with the spline teeth of drive shaft.
- The proportion of gasoline and motor oil can be adjusted according to different oil grade and the condition of the machine. For new machine or higher temperature, you can use 20:1 ratio to mix the fuel.That is 20 portion of gasoline to 1 portion motor oil.
- When using a gas powered pole chainsaw, personal protective equipment approved by the appropriate authorities must be used, it can reduce the effects of an injury in the event of an accident.
- When using a gas pole saw, please ensure that no one is near the work area to prevent accidents from happening.
- Let the machine cool down after 30 to 40 minutes of use to avoid overheating and affecting the service life of the machine.

Zero customer service. No way to get parts to repair it. Black plactic cover on the motor shattered. So basically junk now.

Don't waste your money. The poles are cheap bent easily.. I will say, the motor is hard to beat but its useless without the saw..Ive bought two and both went to the dumpster. This last one came apart when the saw bit into the branch.🤣You get what you pay for. Im a Stihl man here on out.

Won't start doesn't get any spark. Sparkplug in to tight can not remove without damage to motor.

It was easy enough to assemble. All the tools included are satisfactory quality. The engine started very quickly & it runs fantastic! A word of caution though the engine has a decent amount of compression, so it is a little difficult to pull the starter cord. I had to brace it against myself on a table to start it. The chain tensioner is a bit hard to access. I had to remove a spring from chain tensioner bolt due to binding during adjustment. Overall, it's a great value for the money in my opinion.
