It is recommended to use a flat head or a small tool to pry the worn/broken parts out of the connected plastic parts,
Fix it on the water outlet and use it with a small clip.
When removing the hose clamp, please relax and use a pair of pliers to turn the hose slightly to loosen it.
(This product does not come with a small clip）
- The end of the original hose (plastic) is broken into a part of the water outlet, causing you to lose the coolant.
- It is said that this is a common problem of Chevy Cruze.
- The dealer will charge a huge fee for this simple repair.

check to make sure the end of the the old plastic connector is not snaped off clean and still inside the water inlet housing adapter? if it is ,,you must remove the spring clip holding that adapter twist the adapter out then remove the little piece inside that has broken off just pick it out with something then the new piece will fit and snap into place securely.. otherwise it will not fit into the water inlet housing adapter where it is designed to go.... . the dealer part is much higher and will be subject to the same multiple failure s.......

The seller states that this hose fits a 2016 Chevy Cruze LT and that's false. The piece was sputtering coolant out at an extreme rate. It wobbles with about a quarter inch of space between it and the connecting valve. Don't purchase this, it will not fit the cars it says.

The hose I received is correct and of quality but the clip that was pictured at the end of the hose is missing. In order for the hose to properly sit in the coolant outlet the clip is a necessity as pressure could cause a leak or cause the hose to come out completely. Going out to find the clip or get a replacement just prolongs the repair process. Please ensure you send these with the clip that is in the product images.

easy to install. Leaked slightly initially but seems better after driving a few days. Probably leaks due to the poor GM design and not the fault of the part. Price was awesome at $8.50 and free shipping.
