Shocking! Fitted this item, did not work and caused further mechanical faults resulting in roadside assistance recovering me to a garage. Do not buy!

I used this item on my 2011 Volvo xc60 T6 AWD turbocharged with dual fans. My motor fan would continue to run after the car was cut off and I would have to unhook the battery to keep it from being drained. The installation was very easy (I also got a smal right angle ratchet screwdriver to remove the screw holding it). I didn’t use the new plugs w/ wiring but those are provided as well if you need them. I was skeptical, but it Saved me over $100 on the part and works just fine initially, so it’s a win for me.

The unit seems solid, better than the one I had to replace. The fans were running on high continuously and draining the battery prior to replacement now they are cycling properly.
