USING INSTRUCTIONS
Easy Way to Clean a Cooling Rack
For just some oil and food residue
You can just toss them in the dishwasher then dry.
For particularly grimy or burned-on messes
- Fill a rimmed baking tray with warm soapy water.
- Insert the inverted rack and let it soak.
- Scrub with a sponge or brush, rinse, and dry.
Warm Tip: When you bake, spray some cooking spray on it and it cleans up pretty easy.

Love how heavy duty these are. They didn't fit in my Wilton ware, but did fit in my hubby's Nordic ware, which is what they were for. He'll be using them on the bbq and in the smoker. I might use them for cooling racks in my baking since they're much larger than the ones I have and built sturdier. Would highly recommend.

I needed new NON-STICK cooking racks as the set I was using kept rusting. But they were stainless and uncoated. Even spraying them prior to cooking made little difference. With these non-stick racks, I will still spray a light coat of Pam or whatever on them before placing my items.. But the cleanup is so much easier. No longer have to rely on scouring pads!

Probably best suited for cooling cookies or similar weight items. Don't think you're going to roast a bird or heavy cuts on these things. These things will not last very long as they will not stand up to a good scrubbing.

Perfect for my needs. We recently purchased a stove with a ceramic cooktop, and I needed a place where I could put the hot pans without burning the counter. Heat pads were also getting scorched. These little wire racks are perfect, as they allow the air to circulate underneath and cool the pan without touching the counter. I also like that it's small and black-coloured, because it blends with our dark countertop, and does not look make the counter look cluttered.
