We’ve only had these pillows for a day but they’re so comfortable! I haven’t experienced any back or neck pain. Super comfortable and easily adjustable with the extra fill given if it’s needed. We haven’t needed it at all. They easily fluff up and keep their shape so far. The cooling side is so nice at night when snuggling in to bed.

Wow is all I can say about this, I have been sleeping on this for a week now and wake up so much more rested and my neck and upper back feels so much better than I have ever felt in my life. Well worth the cost and my wife says my snoring has stopped too. I told my cousin about it and she bought 2 of them. Hope she enjoys it as much as I do. Great product just hope it lasts for a long time

I use this for crochet. I wish the snap was adjustable. I'm a bigger girl 250lb and I find myself using this as a lap pillow and to sleep with. Great product

Edit - The customer service from this company is fantastic. They reached out to me & resolved the problem so quickly. I will be trying this pillow again because I think it will be a really good one.I was very excited about this pillow because I thought that the chips of memory foam were a great idea, as I can never get comfortable with regular memory foam pillows. It seemed like a high quality item. It came with an easy to understand manual, a nice pillowcase, an extra bag of stuffing. It took about a day for the smell to go away. The first night I tried it as it came & found that it was too full, so I took off the pillow case. The foam is encased in a separate pillowcase with a zipper. I opened it & took out a bunch of foam, slept on it again & decided to take out a bit more. When I went to zip it up, the zipper broke right off. So now the foam pieces are leaking out & I can’t use the pillow.

The pillow was well wrapped, double plastic and boxed. Once opened it recommends to leave it for a day to fluff up. I put it the dryer with no heat for ten minutes and it fluffed up nicely. I like that it comes with an extra bag of fill. The pillow is fully adjustable to how plump you want it. For me I removed 1/4 of the fill and tried it for one night, not so good. The following night I removed another 1/4 of the fill and it seems to be just about right. My neck is not sore now. It also has a cooling side which is labeled. It does work as I am not so hot headed.
