The ceiling cassette has a sleek, sophisticated look that doesn't overpower smaller spaces like a wall unit might. The installation was straightforward and the directions answered any questions that I had. I would classify this as a mid-level to advanced difficulty level install based on the 240v electrical circuit required and the complexities of working in a finished room. The unit started up and runs flawlessly. The remote works great. The unit connectd up with the app (optional wi-fi component required) with no issues. We love having control of every function of the unit right in the palm of your hand. Really happy with the quality, fit, function and look of both the ceiling cassette and the outdoor unit.

First, their instructions are terrible and do not cover all the issues. Second and most importantly, this company advertises and portrays that this is a do-it-yourself system. If you call to ask for support over their poorly written instructions, they tell you that they won’t talk to you unless you are a licensed HVAC tech. This is a complete bamboozle. They are all over the internet as being the easy, do-it-yourself install and then they leave you hanging. And….finally no one will work on them. There is no company within 100 miles that is willing to work on my system. I highly regret.
