How To Find The Right Fit
Compression garments are only effective when they are being worn and properly sized. Measurement is essential to proper sizing.
To find your fit, measure the circumference of your elbow:
10" - 12" S/M
12" - 15" L/XL
To use, position the middle of the sleeve over your elbow. You may need to adjust the sleeve position a few inches up or down your arm to get the desired compression and comfort.

I use a walker to get around. I over extended my elbow so I got this compression sleeve. It works Great. It reduced the discomfort 99%.

I managed to arm bar myself trying to clear snow off the roof of my truck and my elbow swelled up like a golf ball was in there. At first, I wore this for about 5 hours and the restriction on my upper arm drove me crazy. Gave it another try but this time folded the top down, so I didn't feel like I was wearing a blood pressure cuff.Combined with taking Aleve for a few weeks, this brought my swelling down and prevented further injury. After wearing it 16 hours a day for 3 weeks, it started to loosen up a little and slide down my arm. Some sort of adjustability with velcro straps would make it more comfortable and keep tension longer.

Pro tip, the compression sleeve runs big. If you have a elbow of 12in or less go with S/M

I received a knee support that was labeled elbow. It says 12-15" with high compression. With 17" arms it was very loose, so the only explanation is its for your knee. Fits great on the knee though, hence the 3 stars.
