Easy to use! Great electric saw! It comes with two batteries and the charger. There are also 4 different blades to choose from. This was perfect for trimming my lower tree branches off my front yard.

I have a heavy duty corded reciprocating saw that I rarely use because it is so unwieldy and uncomfortable to use. Although this BDJHMP cordless saw isn't as robust I find that I reach for it far more often. The vast majority of things I use a reciprocating saw for don't require a heavy corded saw and the lightweight smaller size and more ergonomic shape makes the BDJHMP so much easier and more convenient to use. It cuts through nails, small pipes, lumber and small tree limbs with more than enough power to satisfy my needs, and the rubberized handle reduces vibration and helps keeps it from being as fatiguing to use. Initially I wasn't sure would like the shape of the handle being so different than the traditional D shape grips found on most reciprocating saws, but in use I find that the handle is very comfortable to use with the familiar feel of my cordless drills.Construction of the saw is lightweight but still feels solid and not fragile or cheap. The kit includes 4 blades, two 24v batteries and a charger cord that plugs directly into the batteries and everything is neatly contained in a fitted plastic case for easy transport. Although the case does have fitted spaces for the saw, batteries and charger, the blades unfortunately do not and just have to be thrown into the case loose which isn't terrible but does annoy me. The case itself is a durable plastic with carry handle and press lock latches which I prefer over the slide latches found on some of my other tool cases, but this is a personal preference many may not care about at all.Another notable convenience feature is the toolless design for changing blades. This works very well with the push of a small tab on the blade lock that makes it quick to change blades. I really appreciate this feature as my corded saw requires a screwdriver to change blades and I never seem to have one with me at the time its needed. There is a trigger lockout switch to prevent accidental activation; however, some may question its usefulness given that it is a toggle switch that remains in whatever position it is placed allowing it to be permanently unlocked. I like this design, but I can see how many might prefer a momentary switch design that automatically returns to the locked position each time the trigger is released.Overall, I like the BDJHMP saw and for residential use it does everything I need it to do. If there is anything I dislike it would be the charger. I disklike the charger cord design and prefer a charging dock for this purpose, although I must admit the cord is more portable. It would also be helpful to know if it is compatible with the batteries from any other cordless tool ecosystem. Either way the saw has been a good addition to my power tools.

Works great, no complaints. Very easy to use, comes in great packaging, very high quality. Its a pretty good size for the money you’re paying. Definitely bang for your buck. I would recommend.

I've been using a saws-all to cut down pallets, but I always worry that I'll end up cutting the cord while moving around cutting the wood. This not only gets rid of that worry, but it is also very much easier to handle and maneuver.I was worried that the shape might be harder to use than the straight design of my corded saw. but it's really not. (Or if it is, the no-cord benefit outweighs it.)Having a case and two batteries is also great. I would like if all my tools used the same batteries, but for the price of these cheaper kits on Amazon I just try to buy devices with brushless motors and dual batteries, and that works out quite well.

The 20 volt reciprocating saw is perfect for those small jobs. The keyless blade exchange made it super easy to swap out saw blades. It came with 4 smaller sized blades (two 6 in and one 8 in wood blades and one 6 inch metal blade). The quality on them is OK and will get most jobs done. I liked that it fit the blades that I had from my corded reciprocating saw that are a little higher quality. The saw made quick work of the wood post that I was cutting up. It also had no issues with the small bolts that I needed to remove from said post. I also like that it comes with a carrying case that fits everything neatly inside (including extra blades). The only cons that I see with this, is that I wish that it had a better safety feature on the trigger. The unlock button is more like a toggle switch, in that once unlocked, it stays unlocked until you press the lock button again. I would prefer that it only unlock the device while you press the button like some of my other battery operated tools. They automatically lock the trigger when released. The other thing that I thought was odd was that the instruction book contained instructions for all of their tools, not just the reciprocating saw. I will say I am intrigued by their Lithium Hair Dryer that looks like a leaf blower. But I get that it maybe cheaper to print everything off in one booklet. The English translation on the instructions are sufficient to figure out safe usage of the saw.

I was a little skeptical when I opened the box—the case looked like an afterthought and didn’t fit the saw or accessories well. But once I put the saw to work, it won me over. It went straight through a 1x4 board and a piece of PVC pipe with no fuss, using the right blades. The two batteries are a nice touch, giving me plenty of runtime without switching cords around or hunting for an outlet.Overall, it’s a solid, cordless addition to our toolbox. Just don’t expect the case to keep things perfectly organized. If you can look past that, the saw itself is impressive.

I used the BDJHMP reciprocating saw for pruning trees, and it worked just as described! The powerful motor handled the branches with ease, and the keyless blade exchange made switching blades for different tasks quick and simple. The lightweight design and ergonomic handle made it comfortable to use for extended periods, even for overhead cutting. The LED light was surprisingly handy for late afternoon and early evening, just as the sun was setting. Overall, it’s a versatile tool that exceeded my expectations for yard work!"
