My son works in an auto body shop. He put this in his Amazon cart; I snatched it out at Christmas. He really enjoyed it saying he thought it was a quality tool. He's my hardest person to buy for and please at gift giving times, so I knew he would buy this for himself, then I could be assured he'd be happy.

It worked great, until you need to recharge it. The charger either does not charge, or something wrong with the polisher. Bad designed.

If your purpose is to use this device for something perhaps like applying and removing wax, it may work out ok. I needed to pick it up to apply compound to a friend's car where we were trying to improve the paint.The wheel would bind up (stop spinning) when heavier force was applied (which is what is needed for heavy cutting compound). I must stress, that perhaps the unit would again, work out ok if one was using it for lighter duty work.I did see some other reviews complain of the same thing. In my case I purchased this during some kind of "flash sale" or heavy discount which made it cost 50% of what it is currently listed for.I wasn't too upset because at the price I paid for it, I considered it a very inexpensive device and I was willing to accept the risk that it wouldn't get the job done.Without question - if I had paid the general asking price (currently $49,99 as of this review) I would have absolutely flipped out. At a price of $49.99 this device shouldn't be binding up when pressure is applied. The big takeaway here is likely this: some reviewers talk about the device like it's great, and others say it doesn't have the necessary power. So, what does it all mean? Again, it all depends on what you're doing with it. For light duty work its likely effective and certainly if purchased on sale, it would seem like a lot of accessories and value. At regular price and for heavy duty work, you're most likely going to be very unhappy. Purchase this with a focus on what you're looking to do with it. Last thing - even for light duty I do not think it is worth the general price. As a light duty unit it should cost what I paid for it which again was basically half of the regular cost.

I decided that I did not want to pay someone to buff out our cars. I am pretty good about general maintenance of the paint, regularly washing and waxing and using a clay bar. But after 5 years, it was time to get them shined up. I didn't want to spend a lot on a buffer. This was a really great purchase. Its small and lightweight and goes from slow (1) to high (8), which is pretty fast speed. It buffed out our white vehicles nicely and also buffed out our worn headlights to 95% new. Having 2 batteries is so nice. Just when you run out of juice, you can swap out the battery. They seem to last just long enough for the old battery to recharge. So if you swap them in real time, you will never run out of power. One negative is that the "ON" button is poorly located and touch sensitive. I have finally figure it out but a few times my thumb accidently turned it on while I was applying wax and it spun all over the place...clothes, face, walls, etc. So make sure when applying wax that you keep your fingers away from the on button or your will have a spinning mess.

This is a good polisher for the beginner. Be careful not to turn the speed up accidentally using the touch controls like I did first time! Good kit👍

My husband loves it. Other than the switch is a bit touchy, he really likes it. He is a professional car detailer and says this is worth the money.

Doy una calificación de 3 estrellas por 1 razón , y es que está usado anteriormente y quien lo usará fue poco cuidadoso e Higiénico. Otra cosa es que abrillanta bien y cumple con su función pero los arañazos un poco profundos no los quita, sólo los muy superficiales. Por lo demás deja un buen brillo pero para carrocerías bien cuidadas.

The battery is difficult to remove. Speed, on/off switch easily activated when in use. Not a good thing. Quality seems to be good. Lightweight. Easy to operate. Batteries fully charged do not last long, about an hour. Each battery. I do like that it came with two batteries.

Das Gerät ist eigentlich toll, nur das Bedienfeld ist zu empfindlich. Wenn man während der Arbeit auf das Bedienfeld kommt schaltet das Gerät ab. Man muss immer darauf achten, das Feld nicht zu berühren, echt lästig. Hier wäre ein schalten mit leichtem Druck sicher besser. Ansonsten wirtklich gut.

All I can say is wow! This buffer has exceeded my expectations. It’s lightweight, ergonomic, well built and powerful. The dual batteries that it comes with are crucial, since this allows you to always have one charging while the other is in use. It’s very easy to use and has a digital display to show the speed level (which can go VERY fast). The package comes with literally everything you could possibly need, and they’re all standard sizes so they’re easily replaceable. This buffer is fairly quiet as well, especially for how capable it is.
