I love this Cordless HVLP Paint Sprayer by HaopkZapyr because all of my tools are Ryobi so I have endless supply of batteries. I already own a corded paint sprayer similar to this design and it's really annoying to have to plug it into an extension cord every time I want to use it because I only spray my projects outdoors. With this cordless system, I'm able to quickly spray and move around. Please note this is a DIY level sprayer and is only intended for spraying smaller scale projects like furniture. You're not going to be able to paint a house with this because you'll spend all of your time thinning paint and also refilling the paint container. I used it so far to spray some outdoor furniture and the best use was for staining wood because wood stains are already much thinner than paint.I do think it works best with my higher capacity batteries that are 6Ah or 8Ah as it pushes out the paint better. It did work with my 4Ah batteries, but not as well as the bigger packs. I would highly recommend this tool if you already own some HP Ryobi batteries!

Does not spray well. I have a professional larger sprayer wanted to get a smaller one for projects and was excited. But this was very disappointing.

Great cordless paint sprayer. Popped my ryobi battery on, filled up with paint, and finished my garden fencing maintenance for the year in no time. I have a corded paint sprayer, but being untethered makes a huge difference, especially when you’re no where near an outlet and hate starting projects hunting for extension cords. Clean up’s easy enough, and it functioned like my other sprayer would. Easy to use, and not so heavy that I couldn’t use my arm the next day.

Let's go ahead and get it out of the way that I am not a professional painter by any means. I've done plenty of it over the years, and I know enough to get the job done with minimal defects that have to be touched up.I have a Ryobi leaf blower that I use for light duty outdoor clean up, so I already had the batteries and chargers and figured that spraying would be a lot less of a nightmare than trying to hand stain my entire cedar privacy fence. So I figured why not give this sprayer a go.My only other comparison to this was a cheap corded sprayer that I picked up at Harbor Freight years ago to do a couple of projects. Right off the bat I can tell you that not having to drag a cord around is a huge plus. Granted you have battery life to think about with cordless, but if you have a spare battery, this sprayer should take on most projects without needing to stop and recharge. It's straightforward to set up and use and the different spray tips are great since my old sprayer had one tip that wasn't great for thicker paints. I opted to test the 1mm nozzle first and found it to be a little to fine to get good coverage. Switched to the 1.8mm nozzle and it was perfect for the stain I was using. It put a good even coat on without any running or excessive overspray. FYI, wait for a calm day with no wind before you go using an HVLP sprayer. It atomizes very fine and overspray can travel a long way. When it comes to thicker paints, I'm not sure if the motor has enough oomph to spray a thicker latex paint, but it has nozzles for them.Again, this is not a professional sprayer and you can't expect the same results as an $800 rig. It's priced fairly at $50 and definitely enough to satisfy the sporadic projects of an ambitious DIY junkie. So if you already have Ryobi 18V batteries, I say this is a good buy. If you have to obtain the batteries separately, maybe go another direction.

So, I wanted to just get a review out for this one. But the issue I have is one that is not the fault of this item. The problem is that I'm broke all the time. And this does not come with a battery. It seems like they're not terribly expensive though, so I'll have to pick one up and then I can genuinely review thisFor now, I'm going to be giving this a review based on the other aspects of it.The packaging was normal. Nothing too special there. But it did come without damage of any kind, so that's good.It feels really well built which I am happy with. The trigger mechanism feels solid and smooth. I don't think it will make my hands tired or anything with prolonged use.The attachments are easy to work with and go on without any fuss. It would be cool if there was a bag to put all the accessories in or even a super basic case of some kind. But for now, the box it came in can serve that purpose. All the accessories it comes with are useful. I appreciate that it comes with 15 pairs of gloves. That's a nice touch compared to the 1 super cheapo pair most things like this might come with. And the fact that it comes with all the items needed to keep this clean and in good condition is a big bonus since some of the items are kinda niche. It's not like you'd be guaranteed to have these around the house. The paint filters are the cheapo kind. They'll do the job but there are better ones out there. Nothing to take a star off for though. So, no big deal.Overall, I'm very pleased with the build and included bits and bobs this comes with.I will be returning to this review once I've gotten the battery though. In the meantime, this gets an easy 5 stars based on all the outward aspects of it. I sure hope it gets to keep all 5 when I get it up and running.
