Love these bowls. I use them on daily basics. Had one break but in all the years of using this brand name I've had a total of 2 break. Not to bad for years and years of service.

I love Corelle Dishware. It's simple, light, pretty, doesn't break easy and it's not bulky. I just plain love it.

Great everyday bowl for pastas, soup and salads. The wide brim makes it easy to grab from the microwave without burning your fingers because it doesn't overheat. Easy to clean and stack in the cupboard without taking up too much space.

The Corelle pasta bowls I'd originally gotten felt a little undersized and I also didn't like that they were rimless. These, however, are perfect! They're bigger, deeper, thicker and have a nice wide rim. I love them.

As best I can determine these dishes were for many years made in USA(NY), but the company was sold. I think they are manufactured in France. The packaging gives no indication. I found this searching the internet. The dishes are just as pictured, lightweight, apparently very durable, thought to be completely nontoxic and non-reactive to foods, capable of use in the oven, microwave, and freezer. It also claims to be made 80% of recycled glass!! Very pleased using these for pasta, soups, salads, and most other meals.

I purchased these for my Cioppino dishes as well as pasta and let me tell you, I had to come back and read WHY a couple of people gave them below 5 stars. These are solid, pure white strong heavy bowls that look very classy, wide rim for carrying and not getting burned. That wide brim also makes for a part for decoration like a sprinkle of the favorite spice, parsley, cilantro or whatever takes your fancy. I need another 4 to add to my current 4, these are on my Christmas list. Buy them and don't listen to the moaners that want champagne for the price of beer.

I LOVE these bowls! The bowl is big enough to hold a whole can of soup with room to spare. You heat it in the microwave and can carry it to the table without using a potholder. The rim gets warm, but not hot. The bowl is not heavy, even when full. They stack beautifully. The only minor complaint I have is that you have to guard your spoon or it will slip right down into the bowl. I’m thinking about purchasing spoons that have a hook or have longer handles. It would be nice if they came in other colors too, but the white goes with everything. These were a gift from my daughter and I couldn’t be more pleased.

These bowls are great for pasta! They are not perfectly shaped.....just a bit out of perfect shape! I have used them several times and they do make a nice presentation for my meals!
