This made setting up the boards much easier than using a tape measure. We move the boards around every game so every setup requires determining placement. This makes setup a breeze.

Accurate, non-stretch, durable and simple to use. I live on 5 1/2 acres, hence the boards are never arranged in the same areas. This measurement device is in a well constructed bag which conveniently slips into the bag that contains 8 cornhole bags. Everything is together and ready to play! Enjoy!!!
