This fireplace is really nice choose because it fit my space perfectly with the measurement on Amazon. Took a long time to come but worth the wait. Seller was amazing through the whole waiting game kept me totally updated with details. Totally recommend for a very small space.

We purchased this fireplace for my Mother-In-Law, she has wanted a fireplace in her home forever. We decided to start with this unit. I was easy to assemble, and is absolutely gorgeous when in use. She is over the moon about it. We did have one hiccup, the remote worked when we received it, but it stopped. I reached out to Customer Service and they have another remote on the way to us now. The Customer Service was impressive it didn't take a week for someone to reach out to me, in fact it was in less than 24 hours!

I could only give it a three because of a number of reasons. Box was is soooo heavy. I couldn't bring it upstairs and had to take all the pieces up separately. The good news though, it is sturdy.It was challenging to assemble. If you are not, or don't have a handyperson, don't buy this. Directions say a drill is optional but, it is a must. I thought I was going to put this thing together myself but, I had to call in help with a drill. At a couple of points, it took two sets of hands. Once it was assembled, I really liked it. I turned on the flame but not the heater since the summer a/c is running. So I don't know about that feature yet. it is really cute though. I have it in my bedroom. Perfect little size.

I've had this for about a year now. I am a 62 year old woman and I assembled it myself! It's one of the best items I have purchased! I use it beside my computer as there is no other heat in this room and I love sitting in front of it! It looks great, fun to decorate the mantle, and it heats great for this small room! I run it every day in the winter months. Would definitely buy again!

Love the price.Love the look.Love the size.Love the heat - although I really bought it for the look and fire visual effects for the room not the heater.Hated putting it together. There are missing holes, and some of the screws are too short. BUT I read other reviews say the same thing, so I was prepared. I have tons of rando screws lying around so here and there I switched a few out and where there was a missing screw hole- nothing a few whacks of the hammer to get it started didn't fix. Took about an hour and a half to two hours start to finish for just me to put together- but I had a movie on so I wasn't rushing.In the end, well worth the assembly issues.
