The batteries seem to work fine - I highly doubt that they are 4800mAh when they are lighter than the Microsoft batteries, which have half the storage capacity.The play-and-charge cable is fine, but definitely cheap. The USB charger is a freaking Happy Meal toy in terms of quality - the batteries have to sit perfectly in it or it won't charge. And I'm concerned that I'll break it if I am not heart-surgery delicate while inserting/removing the batteries.

Battery came stuck in the charger, had to pry it out. They don't fit snug in the controller or the charger that cam with it. I have to put a weight on the battery to make it charge.
