This is not 2 ply. You might as well be using single ply Scott toilet paper. It is not soft either. If you need cheap toilet paper for high traffic areas where random people will be using this toilet paper day in and day out then it is good toilet paper. If this is for home or office use where the same people will use it daily do not order this toilet paper.
