I recently completed the cross stitch bookmark kit based on the cover of The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, and it was such a delightful project! The kit comes with 14ct Aida fabric and uses pearl cotton floss, which gives the finished piece a lovely texture.Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the process. It took me just two days to complete, despite working a full-time job, so the kit is definitely manageable even with a busy schedule. The instructions were clear, and the design was easy to follow, making it an enjoyable project from start to finish.One thing I did notice was that the pearl cotton floss felt a little coarser than I expected. However, this minor flaw didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment of the kit.The finished bookmark is absolutely stunning, with vibrant colors and a detailed design that perfectly reflects the book’s cover. I was pleased with the quality of the materials and the overall outcome, and it definitely made for a unique and personal bookmark.

I received this kit by personalized design in a very timely fashion. It was well packaged and included clearly written instructions which are great for a beginner cross stitcher. Aida and floss were good quality, and it stitched up pretty quickly thanks to the large color chart. This would make a perfect gift to make for someone who loves to read or even to give to someone wanting to learn to stitch on a small project! Super fun for crafters!!

A great little kit! The materials are all of great quality, the chart and instructions are very clear and easy to follow. I’m very much looking forward to stitching this up. Those are my scissors by the way, no scissors are included with the kit of course haha.

This kit came with everything needed to complete the bookmark. The threads were presorted onto a card and the cotton threads are excellent quality and there was plenty left over. The coloured chart was easy to read and follow. You get full instructions, including the blanket stitch. I highly recommend this kit.

This is a cross-stitch kit, with the aida, floss, needle, and pattern for the bookmark shown. Additionally, it includes a second piece of aida and directions on finishing it (the image is my poor attempt and not the fault of the company). There is also plenty of floss to complete it as written.Overall, the directions were easy to follow and clear. The threads were pre-sorted and ready to use. I enjoyed the process of stitching my first bookmark and am looking forward to doing more in the future.I'd say this is a good project for an advanced beginner, as well as more advanced crafters
