It's helpful with my curved spine so I can get some support when I sleep on my back. It's soft material. I have gave 4 stars as the material has started to bobble after a few weeks of using so it's not going to be long lasting.

I don't know why all similar products are so thick. I tried to find one which is relatively thinner than others. However, it's still too thick for me. Maybe it's not that bad when I'm sleeping in the side. Now I'm using it on my recliner instead of sleeping since it's too thick. Hope manufacturers can make thinner ones for small-size girls, or make different sizes like clothes. Still 5 stars because of its good quality.

This pillow is excellent if you have had spinal surgery for scoliosis and need proper support when lying down or sitting in the car. I've had 2 metal rods implanted next to my spine for the last 43 years so I know what uncomfortable means. I can say this pillow is worth the money. Good quality and looks nice. I use it in the car and for sleeping.

Loved the concept of spinal alignment while sleeping. I wanted to like this so much to bring relief to my back when sleeping on both my back and side. So I gave it some time over several days to get used to it.I started slow as recommended, then added more time each night. I'm not sure if it doesn't fit my waist area/body well, or it's just too firm for my back. But it made my low back hurt so I had to quit using it. It is made very well, but may not work for everyone.

I have lost the curve in my low back, and sleeping on this puts a bit of curve in my back, which opens up my chest, which makes breathing a little easier. I shift around a lot so really only manage to sleep on in maybe one hour of the night, but every bit counts.

I loved the idea that this helps align your spine. It is soft and works well for when I'm laying on my back. When I lay on my side it digs into my side though and doesn't feel good at all. I tried using it for many weeks. It appears to be well made and you can wash the cover which is a plus.
